Process
OUR CAREFULLY CRAFTED PRODUCTION PROCESS MAKES OUR CANINE CHEESE CHEW A QUALITY TREAT DOGS WILL CRAVE.
1
Collection
For milk collection, our collection team visits more than 100 co-ops. All throughout the Himalayas, farmers provide milk to their neighbourhood co-op. Grazing areas above an altitude of 6000 feet are pollution-free. As a result, the milk from these herds has greater nutritious content. Chews are prepared at our production facility when the milk is delivered there. Also, we procure chews from accredited dairy facilities and transport them to our manufacturing facility.
2
Production
After obtaining the milk, we transport it to the production plant where we pasteurise it, separate the cream, skim off the milk fat, and curdle it into cheese. Our method has now finished removing the lactose from the milk. Afterwards, depending on customer preference, our cheese is pressed and chopped into different sizes. Every chew is a healthy, high-quality treat that your customers’ dogs will adore because we never add synthetic chemicals or preservatives.
3
Quality Control
We ensure that all our manufactured products adhere to industry standards. Our quality control team conscientiously checks every piece of chew and handpicks only those chews meeting our best-in-class standards. We take pride in implementing HACCP, CGMP which is monitored and verified by PCQI. We deploy different techniques to ensure that your dogs get the best quality, unadulterated chews loaded with our unconditional love. The overall production process is carried out under the expert supervision of our quality control team. We ensure that the moisture levels of our chews are stable. This is the point our quality control team gives us the green light to package our chews for customers all over the world.

Packaging
We use recycled, food grade packing materials to get our dog chews packed to perfection. We follow the Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) which makes our chews packaging friendly and “ready to ship” Each chew is thoroughly tested for pathogens and moisture before being packed to ensure a shelf life of 5 years.
